About Disclosed
Members of Congress trade stocks, and federal law makes them tell the public. Disclosed turns those filings into a clear, friendly tracker — free to browse, with unlimited portfolio mirroring for $9.99 a month when it launches. The well-known alternatives charge $80–$100 for the same public data; we don't think reading public records should cost that much.
Where the data comes from
The STOCK Act (2012) requires members of Congress to report stock transactions over $1,000, including trades by spouses and dependents. We sync those official filings every day and parse them into the feed, portfolios, and stock pages you see here. Every trade links back to the original government document, so you can always check our work.
About the numbers
Politicians report dollar ranges, not exact amounts — for example “$15,001–$50,000.” Portfolio values and volumes on Disclosed use range midpoints, and holdings are netted from this year's disclosed buys and sells. Treat them as a directional picture, not an audited statement. Reports can arrive up to 45 days after a trade, so the feed reflects filings as they become public.

The important fine print
Disclosed is for education and entertainment. Nothing here is investment advice, and a politician's past trades don't guarantee anyone's future results. Some reports are filed on paper and can't be parsed automatically — those still appear on politician pages with links to the originals.
